Located near the intersection of International Drive and Sand Lake Road, this restaurant has been remodeled from the ground up for everyone's enjoyment
Fast food isn't often a news topic unless there's something wrong. However, the "World's Largest McDonald's" has been an iconic landmark in the International Drive Area and when it was teared down several months ago some wondered if it was gone for good. And to every McD fan's delight, the restaurant is now back with a brand-new building featuring stunning architecture. With two stories and almost 20,000 square feet in size, this McDonald's restaurant is very noticeable when driving on Sand Lake Road as you near the International Drive intersection.
So what makes this McDonald's so special? Beyond the fact that it is a humongous-sized restaurant with just under 350 seats, there is also an indoor "jungle gym" featuring tunnels, slides and other obstacles for kids to navigate and enjoy. Add to that a large arcade with over 50 games to further enhance the entertainment experience during your meal. The restaurant will be open 24 hours a day, 365 days and always ready to feed tourists and locals alike. With a menu that features not just McDonald's world-famous burgers, there are a total of eight kitchens preparing over 200 menu items to include pizza and pasta.
